Hello. My name is Valerie Nizard, and I am the HR leader at Colorcon. In this role, I have the privilege of working to ensure that we attract the best of the best to work here, empowering them to succeed long-term. We do this in a variety of ways, staying true to our core values and the collaborative, supportive culture we have worked hard to cultivate in our 60+ year history.
We start at the beginning with our recruiting process, striving to make sure it is straightforward, respectful, and transparent. We set success metrics for ourselves and get better every day, even in the most competitive job markets.
Once an employee is hired, we work hard to retain and develop them. We recently designed and launched our Employee Value Proposition or EVP for short.
